Every charge is itemised before you pay — the consultation, the clinic's registration fee and our platform fee, each on its own line. No rounded-up total hiding an extra.
Read the refund policyCancel more than four hours before your appointment and you get a full refund. Inside four hours a 25% late fee applies. Refunds land in five to seven working days.
See the cancellation termsDelete your account from inside the app and we erase your profile, your pets and their photos. We keep only the financial records Indian law requires, with your identity stripped out.
